Apply for Assistance

The application period opens in April
Applications for 2025-2026 are available below

If you need immediate assistance with home heating,
please contact Weston Human Services to apply for
other types of aid by calling 203-222-2585.

​

We recommend applying for assistance from the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) in the fall to ensure you are receiving maximum benefits.  Weston Human Services can assist you with this.

How to Apply for Assistance
from Weston Warm Up Fund

  • The application period is between April 1 and May 1

  • If you have applied before, you can contact your client representative for the application

  • New applicants should contact Carrie Shea at 203-858-7699 or czsweston@gmail.com

  • Read and complete the required documentation found below

    • Read the Application Cover Letter

    • Complete the Application and provide required documents

    • Complete the Authorization Form

    • Attach all Supporting Documentation

  • Submit no later than May 1​

  • Mail completed applications to
